50% cancellation fee for cancelled appointments under 24 hours and 100% fee for no shows, but please contact me for free rescheduling at any time before your appointment. Further rescheduling after the first moved appointment will result in the client paying the 50% cancellation fee, as well as a deposit for the following appointment. No calls/no shows will result in a permanent ban from being a client with The Lash Snob.
